There's something about the rustic, muted colors, the string lights, crumbling plaster walls, palm trees that wets my visual appetite. I wanted to capture the Havana of the 1950s even though I was there to photograph a wedding reception. Kim and Chris felt the same way and allowed me to photograph them wherever and whenever I wanted. They encouraged my photographic creativity and were open to anything I suggested. It was a photographer's paradise!
